I moved from Northern Ireland to California in 1989 with my husband Brendan. In my 40's I noticed my body & well-being changed as my hormones changed. I discovered Pilates and fell in love with it. I have also educated myself on bio-identical hormones paired with good nutrition. I found that this dynamic, life-changing combination has given me back my body, energy, and life!

In 2007 I opened Pilates Passion and created an environment of peacefulness and escape from the troubles of our world,

The art of Pilates connects us to our bodies. I have found wonderful, diverse trainers who love Pilates and have a great wealth of knowledge.

My team offers the ability for our students to rise from weakness or injury, reacquaint their spirit with their bodies, enter a place of strength, and emerge with the power of healing, well-being, and control.

We share the planet, thus, we should care and nurture one another.
